Word not working

I am having trouble opening, using and now closing Word documents. Any typing I do isn't showing up, you can see that I am typing something but nothing is there. I am getting a message "There is insufficient memory or disk space. Word cannot display the requested font". Can anyone help me please?

Close all applications and insert the following into the Windows Explorer address bar:
C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Temp
Delete all files/folders from that folder, leaving behind any Windows complains are still in use.

Re-start Word and check whether that has resolved the issue.

I put C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Temp and it came up with some information but I wasn't sure where to go from there. It seems the problem might be with all of the Microsoft products as I can't use Powerpoint either.

Did you then delete all files from that folder as advised?
