Default Word add-in

I installed Acrobat 9.0 and when I go to word options it is disabled. When I go to Com addin and try to add it opens a new window asking for a file name and I don't know what to put in the box. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try to Manage Disabled Items?

Word Options > Add Ins
At the bottom left is a drop-down labeled Manage: Use the drop-down to change it (it probably currently says "COM Add-ins"). Change it to "Disabled Items" and then click the Go button.
