How to find and replace random empty spaces in beginning of lines?
Hello!
I am making a list of words using Google Voice Typing tool on Google Docs and then copy pasting it to Word. Each line should eventually just have one word. However, the Voice Typing tool sometimes creates an empty space in the beginning of the line. How do I find them and delete the unnecessary spaces? Thanks in advance! |

Ok, so I figured out how to do this:
Find ^p^w Replace ^p Feeling like a champion now However, now I noticed another problem. After some words on the list, there are empty spaces. I want them gone. Any ideas how to get rid of those? Edit: I am on fire today! Found a solution to my latest problem: Find [space]^p Replace ^p I hope this s useful for someone else! Last edited by Pauliina; 05-24-2018 at 04:12 AM. An alternative method is to select everything, centre it on the page, then restore the original alignment. Takes care of both problems at once.

Of course! Thanks!
I wonder why that doesn't work on Google Docs, though. |

Because Google Docs isn't Word...
