After typing a heading and pressing return, I want body text style, not normal
When I type a heading and then hit the return key, a new line starts and the style defaults to normal. If I hit return again a new line starts and the style switches to body text. I want to go from headings styles to body text style without the normal style being automatically selected. How can I achieve this? Thanks very much!

Click in a Heading 1 paragraph and press Ctrl+Shift+S to display the Apply Styles pane. Verify that you see the correct style name, and click the Modify button. In the Modify Style dialog box, change "Style for following paragraph" to "Body Text."
Note that the "Style for following paragraph" applies when you press Enter at the end of a Heading 1 paragraph. It doesn't apply if you press Enter in the middle of a Heading 1 paragraph to split it.
