Question Multiple-Selection List in Word 2016

I am trying to create a template that has a drop-down list where you can select all that apply. I am not a coder or programmer, just someone who uses Word. Any help?

Your description is rather vague. What do you want to select and what is supposed to happen when you make a selection?
