Exclamation How to use the content of a combobox for {IF} field?

My purpose is the following:

I have made a combobox in Word with the items:
- X
- Y
- Z

If the user selects "X", I want the e-mailaddress of X to appear in a field.
If the user selects "Y", I want the e-mailaddress of Y to appear in a field.

Is that possible and how can I do that???
