Style Spacing Problem
Hello everyone. I've been faced with an annoying issue as I try to use styles. https://gyazo.com/4aae7d35aacb550a1ad63fb56e2bf69c
The link above is a screenshot of my problem but I'll try and detail it here. I have a heading style, under it i have another style for the body text. As i finish the body text I want to establish the next heading style underneath the body text and then proceed to write more body text under the next heading. However, it wont allow me to establish the heading right after the body text. Instead it inserts a giant space or next-page type spacing. I've looked under the style paragraph operations but i didn't see anything indicative there that might cause this issue. Any help would be amazing. Finals are killing me here at the University so it'd be great if i could figure this out and finish this paper on a strong note. Thank you! |

Hello,
Click in the first line on the new page and press Shift+F1. Look in the Reveal Formatting pane that appears for: Page Break Before, Keep with Next, Keep Lines together. These can be a part of paragraph formatting that is a part of a style. Word's Reveal Formatting Methods |
