Thanks! That works like a charm. I've used a big rock to pound nails before, but personally, using a hammer is much better.

I wanted to come back and say an even bigger THANKS because this really makes a difference in the whole document. I like to print and bind books as a hobby and the correct formatting makes a huge difference when it comes down to the actual reading part. Binding the pages would be impossible without page numbers and now I can turn them off for blank pages, etc.
