Office Management question - Keep this paragraph?
Hi all
I have a Word 2010 document and when I select all (Ctrl & A) and press F9 I get an Office Management dialog windows asking me "Keep this paragraph text?", see the attached screenshot, with options Yes, No or Cancel. In the document the focus seems to be on the text within the square brackets []. If I answer yes it removes the square brackets and leaves the text and moves to the next item within square brackets. If I answer No it removes the square brackets and the text. Has anyone seen this before and understand what's going on? Many thanks. Kenenth |

I don't recall ever seeing that dialog box in Word 2003. Are you running some add-in with Word?

It looks like some sort of ASK or FILL-IN field but is not AFAIK.
Try pressing Alt+F9 and searching for ASK and FILL-IN just to be sure. Remember to toggle back. |
