Hello everyone
In Word 2003, when I use the function RejectChangesSelected (when setting up shortcuts), MS Word rejects the selected revision but does not move to the next revision. This is useful to me. I have set up Alt+A to move to the next revision and Alt+Z to reject the selected revision, since I work with revision files often and I often have to reject revisions. In Word 2016, however, the same function does not seem to exist, and the most similar function is RejectChangesOrAdvance. This function does also moves to the next revision, which is unwanted (because it makes me lose my place in the file and because I often have to edit at the same point in the file where the revision was rejected). How can I get Word 2016 to reject the currently selected revision but NOT move to the next revision? Thanks Samuel |
