Direct (copy-paste) reference from another paragraph (CITATION)

Hello everyone. Please take a look at the picture below. The part I marked with red paint, is in a different shape (size and alignment) compared to the rest of the text. It's very common in academic papers and books to direct quote (copy/paste) a paragraph from another book/paper. Now how can I do that? I want to have it exactly like this picture but I don't know which option should I choose. Many thanks in advance.

Hi engine. Thanks for the reply. Sorry for my poor English. So I should use a style? how exactly am I supposed to do that? Is there like a template for it? Because 90% of the books and academic papers I've seen have the very same style, that's why I thought it must be an already-there option in the Word.

I think I may have found what I was looking for. Thanks for mentioning the Style engine. There's "Quote Style" over there which, in the modify option, I chose TOC 2 and it was what I wanted.

A properly-formatted document uses Styles to manage almost all formatting issues. Inexperienced users often override the Style definitions in their documents with direct formatting, which makes the document harder to maintain and more prone to corruption.
