Default Hidden Info in Document

I know from past experience that Word Documents can reveal the original owner or writter of the document. How do I find this information?

Default Info

It's in the the document's properties. In Word 2007, click the Office button, then select Prepare/Properties. In 2003, I beleive it';s File/Properties.
