Default How to view other documents within one Word window?

Hi,

I am new to this forum and a novice user of Word. I have 2 different documents opened but I can only see one of them on the Taskbar (the bar at the bottom of my screen). How do I view the other document?

I am doing this to "solve" the problem for now:
Minimize current document --> click on the other document --> maximize it.

Is there a better way? Please help.

Thanks.

Go to the View tab and have a look at the options in the Window group

If you want only to switch between documents, then, ask Kimberley said, click on the Windows menu. There you will see the list of all opened documents, you have.

If you need to see them at the same time, then you just adjust size of the internal window within each MS Word document works.

What version of MS Word are you using?

If you will need some further assistance do not hesitate to ask.

Mike

Thanks to Kim and Mike, now I use "Switch Windows" under the "View tab" to switch between documents.

Is there keyboard short cut key for "switch windows"? Like Ctrl+C is copy and Ctrl+V is paste.

Thanks.
