You can create a character style with the proofing language attribute of "do not check spelling or grammar" and apply that style to these duplicates. It is not automatic.
Otherwise, try using a non-breaking space between the words. (Ctrl+Shift+Spacebar) More on the use of a style: Mastering the Spelling Checker by Suzanne Barnhill, MVP
