Good evening, I am trying to create user forms that fill in duplicate text. I have a locked XML word document that allows for filling in fields only. If for example a person puts their name in a plain text control I would like their name to populate to the rest of the spots I want their name to show up in.
The method I have been trying works while I build the template but as soon as I save the document, close it and re-open the document it no longer works. 1) right click on a plain text control or a rich text control and copy it 2) under the home tab click the drop down for paste -> click paste special 3) Paste as a link using HTML formatting. |
