It's not apparent what this has to do with mailmerge or what particular problem you're having with the copy/paste. Please be more specific.

Created them where? In what format? What is the layout of the destination document? What specific problem are you having?

We know you want to make these index cards into "one document by copying and pasting", but so far you've managed to avoid saying what problem you're having with that. It might help if you could attach a document to a post with one of those index cards (delete anything sensitive). You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.

Your attachment basically contains a simple table, except that someone has added some textboxes after the table. There is also a paragraph someone's tried to hide after the table, by setting the line height to 1pt, containing "One is Is this your". You should be able to copy & paste the table to another document just as you might with any other table you want to copy/paste, that is:
• Click on Table Tools|Layout>Select>Table to select the table
• Press Ctrl-C to copy
• Press Ctrl-F6 to switch documents
• Press Ctrl-End to go to the end of the document
• Press Ctrl-V to paste.
