Default Comment-Balloon Textsize Problem

hi folks,



i have the problem that when I am in layout mode and have track changes, the balloons are so small that I cant see anything. See attached screenshot.

anyone an idea how to make that bigger

Hello Marc,

can you actually post the file you have problems with?

It would be easier to have a look at your settings so it is easier to figure out what might be wrong.

I hope no one minds if I barge in. Mike is likely working and unavailable.

The Ballon Text style in your document has been modified so it is size 1 point. To change it in Word 2003:
  1. Click the Styles and Formatting button onthe Formatting toolbar.
  2. In the bottom of the task pane, use the drop-down to choose Custom
  3. Check the box for Balloon Text and click OK.
  4. You should now be able to see Balloon Text in the task pane.
  5. Right-click on it and choose Modify,
  6. Change the font size and click OK.

Weird addendum: this didn't work on a german office 2003 on a pc, but worked fine on an english office 2008 on a mac.

word moves in mysterious ways
