Have Docs always open in Default Font/Color...

Hi,



I am new to Word 2010 and am trying to have every new document I type open in the default font size of 12, Arial and color blue. I'd also like the line spacing to only go down one space when I hit the enter key.

So far, I have figured out how to save it as a Style (except the spacing with the Enter key) and I can see it there in the list and I've made it the Default.

Even so, every new documents opens with differents fonts/colors.

Would appreciate it if someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong.
