Custom Form
 [/IMG]I am trying to build a form that repeats itself on each page. I am attaching what I want it to look like. I am trying to create a header that is not only on the top of the page but one part that runs vertical on the far right side of the page. Then in the center of the document it will have a boarder around the details of the report.
