I was able to generate the TOC for the Appendix. However, when updating the entire table, the dot leaders do not extend across the page. The individual Appendixes show up, the dot leaders are there, but there is only one tab indicator showing even though the Appendix heading are set up for 1" and 6.5". Do I need to add another tab in between to make the dot lead extend across the page as well as the page number? I have read and tried many of the exercises on the sites you sent me because they seem like they would change this, but nothing changes. And the last tab at 6.5" is a right tab, not a left tab. I tried changing that but nothing happened. Obviously I missed something.
