How to input a blank page after letterhead
Hello, I have a letterhead file that, when I open, will appear on all pages in a document. I'm trying to figure out how to have the letterhead appear only on the first page, and give me blank pages following. I've tried "Insert Blank Page" but it just inserts another letterhead page. Thank you.
