Default turn footnotes and their respective superscripts into normal unlinkable text

I wonder whether a line of code can turn footnotes and their respective superscripts to insitu normal text ( I use "Selection.Range.ListFormat.ConvertNumbersToTe xt" for a similar editing process),

Hope to hear news soon.

Thanks in advance.
