Cleaning up Text Pasted from Websites, E-mails, PDFs etc.
well i tried all these but sadly none worked. would some kind expert please find the way to remove all these returns? thanks all PS we have word 2002 |

Both the manual and macro methods in http://www.msofficeforums.com/word/2...s-e-mails.html work just fine with what's in your attachment...

I'm sorry, but the people trying to help you have no idea which ones you've tried. Saying "I tried them all" does not help.
Please follow the link I gave you and try the steps outlined there. Report back on what happens, what you want to have happen and where it fails. |

Which is why the thread even includes a link to instructions for that. Regardless, you've just demonstrated the truth of what I said. You didn't click on the Find/Replace 'use wildcards' option and you haven't 'tried them all'.
