MS Word cross-references?
under headings, not all of my headings are showing up.

You should specify your problems because this can mean various things.
Are you missing some styles in your style menu or your table of contents is corrupted? mike |

I have a lot of headings, dozens of them, and I want to have a table of contents with all of them cross referenced. When I highlight the phrase, click cross reference, click headings and heading test, many of the headings outside the table of contents show up, but not all.

Hm, that is interesting.
I would suggest that you check, whether your headings have applied correct styles to them. mike |
