HI
I have an legal agreement of around 8 pages. I have to change this document every day with things like: Leaseholder Asset holder Operator dates X2 So is there a way that I can just input the date somewhere else then the whole document updates with the new values saving having me to go through each page. Hope you understand. Thanks Last edited by Charles Kenyon; 02-14-2018 at 11:51 AM. Reason: Mark as solved |

Lots of ways to do this.
My favorite is described here: Repeating Data Using Document Properties Content Controls and Other Mapped Content Controls For other options, see Repeating Data (Populating Multiple Like Fields) which describes all the practical methods including the one described in the first link. If you have multiple dates based on one initial date, see https://www.msofficeforums.com/word/...-tutorial.html |
