Smile Weird issue with Helvetica font

I have a strange issue with the Helvetica font (my default) in MS Office (but not it appears in other applications). When I select bold or open docs that had bold useage of that font it is not bold and instead has adjust kearning. Other fonts seem fine.

Any ideas anyone?

Thank you

Anyone have any idea what might be going on here? As I say, this appears to only happen in MS Office with the Helvetica font. But that font seems fine elsewhere. Very strange.
