Having problems printing to envelopes. Using Windows 7 Pro on a desktop PC,
MS Office Word 2007. Printer HP Photosmart 7520
(Can print labels but not envelopes)
1) Opening MS Word document, click on Mailings
2) Envelopes, shows mailing address (from document) or I add it in and also return address
4)Envelope Options- Standard #10 envelope (4 1/8 x 9 1/2 inches), Fonts Auto, Face Up, Automatically select feed, clockwise rotation (Had reset Options prior to above)
5) Click Print... and can here printer working and envelope fed (or using a test blank paper to see if it prints), but nothing is printed.

I tried to go to HP support for printer drivers, but was not successful in downloading
any drivers and software... also it appears they might have a security problem
using their URL's. Also, I tried to use the software which came with the printer..Diagnostics/Tools.. and it also said the software is up to date.

Second, I have not tried repairing the Office Installation because MS Office was already on my computer (received it as a used computer and no disc to use).

perhaps I can find a solution somewhere?

Repairing Office usually does not require you to have the installation media. That said, provided you have a valid license key, you can download a backup copy of the Office installation files from: https://products.office.com/en-us/do...726b&tab=ForPC
If you don't have a valid license key, you may not be entitled to use the copy of Office you now have. The mere fact it was installed on the computer when you acquired it makes no difference if the Office licence wasn't transferred as well. You should ask the vendor about that.

Hello macropod,

I went to the URL you provided to download a back up copy (2007), but most are for the latest version of MS Word/Office. I did try a download for drivers, which turned out to be a scan of all my drivers.. and they wanted money to complete the download update of drivers. I did not do this (since it costs money). I will have to go back and try again to find a download copy of MSWord 2007... and I believe I have the key for the product.

Hello as of this dated post, I have resolved my problem. I went to a repair shop and they installed a new hard drive, Windows 7 Pro and updated my MSOffice Suite...
which included MS Word. So now I can print envelopes and labels.
