Hi all,
I'm pretty new to Word (on a mac) and was just tasked with creating a template for a newsletter that each department in my company will generate based on the same template. The template will be as follows: • There will be a locked header and footer • 2 columns (2" wide) with 1/4" gap between the columns. These will be positioned on the right hand margin • left and right margins will be 3/4" • There will be 3 pictures vertically placed with a one line caption underneath that will be 2 1/4" wide. What I would like to do is create a template that the users from each department can just plug in their text (also want to keep the text at a locked size and style), and place the images in the 3 allotted boxes. What we are trying to do is keep the individuals who will be using this from playing "designer." Keep everything formatted and consistent without deviation. Is this possible? |
