I have a question someone sometimes knows how to get in ms word in the automatic table word on two pages, because I have many pages

"Automatic table?" Do you mean Table of Contents?

Still not sure I understand your question. A way to do what?

The formatting of a TOC is governed primarily by the TOC styles. See the links I gave you.
