You can do that with a series of wildcard Find/Replace expressions, such as:
Find = <1([0-9]{2}[!0-9]) Replace = 2\1 Find = <([0-9]{2}[!0-9]) Replace = 1\1 Find = <([0-9][!0-9]) Replace = 10\1
