Default how to add test in word document

plase helo me pleaseeeeeee

I need a way to add text comments in "Word document, What I want is a way to add corrections, suggestions, three line text etc. to the document, so that they don't interrupt the text flow, but still easy for everyone to know, which part of the sentence they are related to. They should also "disappear" when compiling the document for printing. please help me

I'm not sure what you are hoping for. It sounds like you want to put information in the doc that won't print. You can format the text as hidden. It will display only when the Show/Hide button is on, and it won't print.

Hi there,

I think you are referring to the ability to edit and comment on a document. You can do this on Microsoft Word using "Track Changes". For step-by-step directions on how to use this feature, check out: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/wo...CH100243831033.

I hope this helps!
