Default Indenting & Hanging Indents

Here is what I would like to do...

When I press the Increase Indent button, I would like the indent to move at .5" increments.

I then want to be able to use hanging indents for my paragraphs that are more than one line but only have the hanging part indent .2"

I do not want my hanging indents to line up with my .5" indent

The indent option under the paragraph setting seems to control both at same time, but to me they should be separate indent options.

Example

_____Pretend this sentence is indented .5" from the left as I continue my
_______sentence to the next line it has a hanging indent of .2"

__________I may then want to indent again at .5+.5=1" and again
____________as the sentence wraps to the next line it is again

____________only indented .2" from the original 1"
