![]() Hey guys! I am not sure if I can send you a word 2016 file? When I open the file in words 2016, it looks like I have double spaced it when in fact I haven't. Cheers! |

It's default formatting in newer versions of Word. Shift-enter will add a new paragraph without the space in between, if you just want to have single-spaced text occasionally. If you prefer to have it as the default, there's a "No Spacing" format, or you can go into line spacing options and change spacing after to 0pt, or check off "Don't add space between paragraphs of the same style".
(I'm working from Word 2010, but I don't think it's changed much). |

Hello!
I have selected the line spacing option to 0 but it is still showing the same format. Am I able to attach the file here? I will try to attach it and perhaps you can have a look for me? I am not sure if it is just me but it looks wrong with the format. I am trying to do a cover letter for a job. I have attached the file but not sure if I did it correctly. Cheers! |
