new style for summary

I needed to create a style for my summary that would look like this in the image.

What you are describing is a table of contents. Do you mean that you want a style for the title of the TOC? In that case, just create any style and apply it to text above the TOC.

On the other hand, if you are trying to customize the table of contents itself, you will have to modify the built-in TOC 1, TOC 2, etc. styles, because these control the appearance of TOC entries. TOC 1 determines the formatting of level 1 entries, TOC 2 determines the formatting of level 2 entries, etc.

The problem is that when I create the style I did not get Word to underline the tab and number of the created page.

Your screen shot seems to display a tab leader (the dots). You will have to choose a different leader if you want it to resemble an underline.

If you want specific assistance, attach an example document in Word format to this forum. Click the "Go Advanced" button at the bottom of the forums page and then use the options for uploading an attachment.

I suggest that you remove the tab leader and instead apply underline formatting to the whole paragraphs.
