![]() I used the paste link feature as suggested in https://www.msofficeforums.com/word/...rst-entry.html, which does work, however, I'd like to be able to make changes to the fields that I pasted that would also change all the fields. For example, if I paste 5 fields and realize later in my document that I made a misspelling or need to change for whatever reason, I can change that field anywhere in the document and it will update all the other fields. The paste special will not allow that. I know there is a way to do this because I have a document where it works, but I cannot replicate for whatever reason.
