Elementary - How to change fixed/installed font?

Perhaps you could explain what you mean by 'the "installed" font'?

Sorry, clicked on file "Open" in Office & Word, but could not find normal template! No option to search.

Did you choose 'All Word templates', 'Word templates', or 'Word macro-enabled templates' as the file type? Note that you'll need to use the first or last of these to access the Normal template.

When I click on 'File' & 'Open',
all I get is: 'Recent', 'Shared with Me' One Drive This PC Add a Place Under 'New' you can search for all kinds of templates, but NOT for the ones you listed! Getting nowhere! Browse |

Look in the dropdown in the lower left of the dialogue - just above 'Cancel'...
