Good afternoon.
Every time I update the summary Word creates a indentation on the child, tertiary, quaternary .... You can take them manually, but it's 3 pages of summary and this is very annoying. The titles throughout the work do not have indentation, I do not know why Word puts this indentation in the summary. Image of the "problem".

Change the formatting on one instance to suit your preferences, then right-click on its paragraph break (click on the ¶ symbol on the Ribbon's Home tab to show these) and choose Styles>Update TOC# to match selection.

You'll have to figure out which is the largest one, then set a tab-stop that's larger than that. Note, too, that long headings will upset the page # alignment unless you set the right indent & tab-stop correctly and you'll need a hanging indent to prevent the wrapped content bleeding into the numbering area.
