Complicated (to me) TOC

Is there a FAQ or instructions for (what I regard as) a complicated Table of Contents?
I'm assuming this is done with Heading styles. I can make the Section 01010, 01025, but I don't see how to change to "Section 02040" etc in Division 2. The Heading 2 numbering has to depend on the Heading 1 number to which it belongs. I've attached and image of what I'm trying to do.

Whilst, depending on your heading structure, it would be possible to produce most of what you're after, a Table of Contents (TOC) field cannot generate a page range. Consequently, your last column would not be possible with a TOC field. If you need that, you'll have to abandon the TOC field altogether and use a table, for example, with cross-references. Even then, producing the last column is likely to be a challenge.

okay, I'm prepared to abandon the third (superfluous, just a restatement of the section number) column; however, I do need page numbers. I simply want the Section numbers (Heading 2) to incorporate the Division number (Heading 1). Should this be done with multiple TOC...one for each division?

You would construct a TOC starting with the Automatic one... References > Table of Contents.

Then you might remove the dot leaders from the TOC styles and set the tab setting for TOC Style 1 to be beyond the right margin and page edge (but inside the right indent).

Thanks for all the great suggestions! I ended up defining a new list in the multilevel list pull down menu. Then under "Format/numbering" I linked Heading 1 to the 1st level in the list, Heading 2 to the second level, etc. In that window you can link the number in level 2 to the previous level number.
