![]() Thanks for all the great suggestions! I ended up defining a new list in the multilevel list pull down menu. Then under "Format/numbering" I linked Heading 1 to the 1st level in the list, Heading 2 to the second level, etc. In that window you can link the number in level 2 to the previous level number. |
