Replacing the box wingding with checkbox
Hello, I am trying to see if there is a way to multiple select objects or words in a document. If I use the find option and try to replace a wingding with a check box. I have a document that uses wingdings for the check box, I want to use the checkbox function on the developer tab in WORD to replace all of them. How can I do this with one fell swoop? |

As indicated in this thread: https://www.msofficeforums.com/word/...-wingding.html, where you have already posted, you can do that using Find/Replace. The only checkboxes you can use for the replacement on a Mac is formfield checkboxes; even after pasting, these won't work unless you apply 'filling in forms' protection to the document.
PS: please don't raise what is essentially the same issue in multiple threads.
