Default Formatting non printable areas to PDF to comply with Createspace specifications

I am running Word 2007. I have a document which has multiple pages in letter paper size with black page colours. Createspace tell me I need to make the paper size 8.625'' by 11.25''. All looks fine. But when I print preview the black page colour down not finish at the edge of the right hand side of the Doc. I get a white border down that side. Any images that were over the edge of the paper on this side are visible all the way to the end of the page, but the Black will not bleed to the edge. I've tried a test on a blank word doc with black page colour. Still the same problem. White border down the right hand side.

Did you try saving the file as a PDF or printing to PDF using the Win 10 PDF Printer?
