Default Pdf to Word

I bought a house and scanned about 500 pages into about 30 folder so I would like to take all 500 pages and put them into Word so I can do a word search for information I might need otherwise it will take an hour to figure out where is the info in these 30 folders. The information in buying a house is ridiculous and would take a year to read and understand it.

First, use a program to turn the scans into words. That is called optical character recognition.

Word 2013 will open such a file. Word 2010 will not.
