Default My Ctrl+U no longer is the Underline! How do I re-assign that function to the keystroke?

The Keyboard Assignments menu does not have Underline as an option (just the Underline Gallery), how do I get my Ctrl+U to be underline again??

I have no clue how it unassigned it, there was nothing accidentally assigned to that keystroke.

Odd!

HELP!
