Default How to Auto Number When document opening is in Column 2 and ending is in Column1

Hi All,
Many times it needs to write in two columns that will make a four page document when folded at ‘Line between Columns’. This needs when in a document sentences are small and Writing on a full A4 page is waste of paper and in addition it has to be printed in bulk. So a two column document (Landscape orientation) facilitates a tow page (on A4) Word document, folded at ‘lines between column’ makes it a four page document when printed (choosing the option: ‘Print on Both Sides’). In this procedure Column Brakes are inserted. Column 2 becomes First Page (when folded at column line after printing) and Colm 3 becomes 2nd, Colm 4 becomes 3rd page and Colm 1 becomes 4th page.

I am typing a question paper that applies Paragraphnumbering. There are four levels of it QL1, QL2 and so on. The problem is when after typing in Colm 4 I come to Column 1 and apply auto numbering to it all the ‘numbering’ in column 2,3 etc change. My problem will be clear if U see the attached file. Actually this is a work related with ‘Desk Top Publication’. But I prefer Word because it has many facilities. Can this numbering problem be solved? Any help would be appreciated. I use Window 7, Word 2007. The File is here:

Assign a Heading Style to your Questions and define a new multilevel list number format for them, using the '01, 02, 03' Numbering Style and prefixing that with 'Q ' in the 'Enter formatting for number' box, and link the level to your chosen Heading Style.
