ActiveX Controls not showing when pasted from Word to Email Body
I have a form that I created in Word with the Legacy Tools > ActiveX > Check Box on it. I have set it up in a table so everything aligns the way I would like it to and have the form protected so it can be used for just "filling in data" and users can't change the questions.
So when I get this back, I remove the protection and then copy it into a meeting request so that all the attendees can see the form in the body of the meeting request (no idea why I can't just attach it...). When I do so, everything look perfect until I hit either Save or Send. When I do this, the check boxes disappear but everything else stays. I am not sure what to look at at this point, I can paste as a Picture and it will stay, but it only does that for a page worth and this form is 2 1/3 pages. Any ideas on making the check boxes show up or work arounds besides attaching the document (like we should)? Thanks a ton for any insight! |

You will need to replace the checkboxes with their text equivalents (characters 168 & 254 in the Wingdings font). Do note that these checkboxes will not be clickable.
