saving a file
I'm using Word2010 in Windows10. I saved my files as ...docx, but When I want to open any, all I get is the same (red)thumbnail on the screen for all, and it seems the files were saved as pictures. what am I doing wrong? Is their any way to retrieve them as documents? Thanking any of you in advance.
