![]() I'm looking for a way to add a custom button to my toolbar in 2010 Word to increase productivity in my work. I copy and paste from multiple sites into a word document which gives several different fonts, sizes, colors and bolded text. Once my document has the required information, I then highlight it and make it all uniform, which takes quite a few clicks. In the name of increasing my productivity, I would like to add a "one-click" button that will change my entire document to the same font, size, color and unbold. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you |

You could add the 'Paste and keep text only' button to Words Quick Access toolbar; anything else would require a macro, not just a button.
