Add custom button to word toolbar

I'm looking for a way to add a custom button to my toolbar in 2010 Word to increase productivity in my work. I copy and paste from multiple sites into a word document which gives several different fonts, sizes, colors and bolded text. Once my document has the required information, I then highlight it and make it all uniform, which takes quite a few clicks. In the name of increasing my productivity, I would like to add a "one-click" button that will change my entire document to the same font, size, color and unbold. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

You could add the 'Paste and keep text only' button to Words Quick Access toolbar; anything else would require a macro, not just a button.
