Default Avery Labels - New Page

I have downloaded the 1x4 avery label template.
I am trying to create multiple pages in one document.
When I click "insert blank page" it moves just the label/shape to the last page and not the text that I entered.

When I copy and paste just the shapes to another page it always shifts them slightly to the right and down. When pasted to the next page it will adjust slightly down again.

Is there a way to select the shapes and the text area behind/in front of the labes at the same time.

To sum it up.....How can I create multiple pages with the labels and everything be centered up as the original download.

Thanks for any help

How are you using these labels? If their for printing addresses or something such, you'd do better to use a label mailmerge - for which, having attached the document to a data source, you need do no more than configure the first label on the page, click 'update labels', then Finish & Merge to send the output to a printer or a new document (with as many pages of labels as you need).

I am taking data and pasting it into the table cells. Different text goes on each label.

In that case mail merge is the obvious route - see
http://www.gmayor.com/merge_labels_with_word_2007.htm (which covers all Word versions). You could also consider http://www.gmayor.com/Envelope_Label_Add_In.htm. Certainly if labels run to more than one page, mail merge is the way to go.
