Good Morning,
I'm not sure if this is possible, but this is place to ask! I am looking to add custom fields to multiple Word 2016 documents to automatically fill in data (client name, address, contact details etc). This information will be the same across multiple documents, therefore I was wondering if there is a way of filling in the data into the document properties, then exporting these properties as a file. The idea being that I could import these properties into another file and have the fields automatically populate. Is this possible, and if so how can I go about it? If not possible, can you suggest any alternatives? Any help appreciated, thanks! Dan |

I use Mail Merge to do this, not document properties.
