Microsoft Word crashing on exit

If I open Word, type something, and then exit Word, I receive a message saying that Word has stopped working (after I say no in the save dialogue box).

I suspect it may have something to do with Endnote - which I have now uninstalled.
I have uninstalled and re-installed Office. I still have the same problem.

In Word Options, there are two Add-ins showing:
Endnote Cwyw.dotm and Endnote Web Cwyw.dotm
I have tried to remove them but this crashes Word, and they still appear when restarting Word.

I would appreciate some help.
